COMPLAINTS RULES

 

Company Mods 69 doo operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and respects the rights of its customers. If you are in any doubt, please contact us immediately by phone or email. All our contacts are on the “Contact”. Do not worry, in such cases we will solve the problem in your favor.

In case of return of goods and refunds to the buyer who had previously paid, partially or in full, by credit card, regardless of the reason for the return, MODS 69 D.O.O. is obligated to refund only by VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will return the money to the account of the customer on the request of the seller.

REASONS FOR COMPLAINTS

In the case of:

  1. if we send you the wrong item, and
  2. delivery of goods which have material defects.

Customer is obliged to first send an e-mail within 3 days of purchase or call Company Mods 69 d.o.o. at +381 11 360 12 90
Company Mods 69 doo is obliged to decide on a customer complaint within 7 days from receipt of the appeal, and that the outcome of the appeal immediately notify Customer, in writing or orally.

REPLACEMENT AND REFUND ARTICLES

When you return all items must be in original condition – unworn and unused, otherwise we will not be able to do refunds. At the same pack your return item in original packaging and send it to the address displayed on the site.
In that case, write your address correctly, otherwise we will not be able to provide you a refund.

IMPORTANT: Items with a printing service

Items which are done press service (for example extra print names and numbers on jersey) are not subject to the right to complain unless the product itself is damaged.
